Privacy Notice
We respect your privacy. This page explains—in plain language—what happens when you use our website, especially when you reach out through the contact form or newsletter. If anything is unclear, we’re happy to talk it through.

Who we are
STR Investment Services Limited operates this site to tell you about our loan and advisory services and to receive enquiries. The business contact email is strinvestmentservicesltd@gmail.com.
When you only browse
You can read most of the site without giving us personal details. Like any website, our hosting environment may create routine technical logs (for example IP address, browser type, and time of request) to keep the service secure and reliable. We don’t use those logs to build a marketing profile of you across other websites.
When you use the contact form
If you send us a message through the form, you choose to share your name, email, phone number, the subject of your enquiry (such as the type of loan you’re asking about), and your message. We use that information only to understand your request, respond to you, and keep a record of the conversation as part of our normal business operations.
Your submission is sent securely to our server and delivered to us by email. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without a clear, separate choice from you.
To protect the form from abuse, the site uses a short-lived browser session (for example to help prevent duplicate or automated submissions). That is a technical safeguard, not a way to track you around the web.
After a successful submission, you may receive a brief automated email confirming we received your message. It’s there so you know the form worked; you can reply to us from that thread if your mail client allows it.
Newsletter interest
Where we offer a newsletter sign-up, submitting it opens your own email app with a pre-filled message to us. Nothing is stored on our website from that action alone—only what you actually send in that email.
Third-party services on this site
We use trusted external services to make the site work and look good: for example, Google Fonts for typography, embedded Google Maps for directions, and icon fonts from public CDNs. Those providers may process technical data needed to load their assets (such as your IP address). Their own privacy policies describe that in more detail.
How long we keep information
Enquiries we receive by email are kept for as long as we need them to handle your request, comply with law, resolve disputes, and maintain ordinary business records. We don’t keep a separate “social” database of website visitors beyond what arrives in our inbox and systems tied to serving you.
Your choices
You decide whether to fill in the contact form. You can ask us what we hold about you, request corrections, or object to certain processing where the law allows, by emailing us at the address above. For urgent matters, you can also call or WhatsApp 09054984777.
Children
This site is aimed at adults making loan or business enquiries. It is not designed to collect data from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through our form, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
Changes to this notice
We may update this page when our website or practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. We encourage you to check back occasionally.
Legal note: This notice is meant to be clear and helpful. It does not replace professional legal advice. You should have qualified counsel review it for compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) and any sector rules that apply to your business before relying on it as your only privacy document.
